• Lysekil Church is a large neo-Gothic church built in the years 1899-1901 to a design by Adrian C. Peterson. The building stands high on a hill in the middle of the city and is the largest church building in Bohuslän. Initially the organ was transferred from the old church, an instrument by Salomon Molander from 1879. However, the case of the old organ was not transferred. It was moved to Malmön in 1906 with the old church building. In 1917 this was replaced by a new organ by Eskil Lundén. Some registers from the old organ were taken over.
  
• The Lindegren company renovated the organ in 1959. The wind supply was renewed in 1993. After water damage, the organ was restored by Tostared. The stop list has been reconstructed to the original list from 1917. The organ could be inaugurated again on Saturday February 4, 2017. The organ was played on this occasion by Sven-Åke Svensson, Johan Hårsmar and Mattias Wennberg.
