- In 1967, a small organ was built by André Thomas with three ranks and no pedal. It was installed in the chapel of the Filles de la Croix de Saint-Michel in Spa. It replaced an older organ with eight stops, that was dismantled by Thomas. He used three ranks and the keyboard for the new organ.
- When the Institut Sainte-Croix was closed, the organ was transferred to the former chapel of the Pères Servites. Hereafter it served in the parish church during the construction of a new organ here. In 1992, the small positive returned to the former chapel of the Pères Servites. The chapel is in use nowadays by the parish of Spa.
