Eduard Endler ontiwerp de Sankt Quirinuskirche in Mauenheim in 1927. Het interieur is in 1966 gerenoveerd. In 1969 plaatste de firma Weyland een nieuw orgel aan de noordzijde van het schip. Het front is ontworpen door Nikolaus Rosiny.
