- In 1897, Richard Kreutzbach built a two-manual organ for the church of Frauenhain. It replaced an instrument by Gottfried Richter from 1678. The organ has mechanical key action and pneumatic stop action with cone chests.
- The front pipes were requisitioned in 1917. The company Jehmlich installed new copies of zinc in 1933. In 1938 a wind motor was installed by the company Schmeisser. The same firm modified the disposition in 1954 during an overhaul. The Konzertflöte 8' of the second keyboard has been moved to a 4-foot register. On the second manual a Schwiegel 2' is placed, made from pipes from the Mixtur, which was made higher. The Mixtur was later (around 1978) modified again by Helmut Schröer.
