Het orgel van de Nikolaikirche in Bad Essen is in 1968 gebouwd door de Gebrüder Hillebrand. De dispositie werd ontworpen door Alfred Hoppe uit Verden. Het orgel staat nu in het zuidertransept. Voor 1968 stond dezelfde kas, maar met ander binnenwerk, in het koor.
