- For a long time there was no organ in the Église Saint-Joseph in Waterloo. There used to be an organ, according to some sources built by François Bernard Loret from 1855, according to Wikipedia by Pierre-Hubert Anneessens. This organ was in unplayable condition. The main case was sold and used for the construction of a new organ in the Grote Kerk in Hattem (The Netherlands) by Flentrop in 1975. The positive case was left behind in Waterloo, but later disappeared.
- In 2013, Jean Bruggeman built a new instrument. It is set up on the church floor. The organ was inaugurated on 27 April 2013, after which Edward De Geest, organist of the cathedral in Ghent, gave the inauguration concert.
