In 1919 bouwde Casavant een drieklaviers orgel voor Saint Basil's Church in Toronto. Bij de bouw is pijpwerk overgenomen uit het vorige orgel van de kerk. Het instrument werd in 1960 verbouwd door Casavant en voorzien van een nieuwe speeltafel. In 1962 plaatste Gabriel Kney een Mixture op Swell en een Chalumeau 4' op Choir. In 1981 is het instrument door Casavant in samenwerking met Alan T. Jackson gerestaureerd en opnieuw geïntoneerd.
