• In 1878 Alfred Hunter & Son built an organ for Saint Paul's Church in Esquimalt. It was dismantled and stored in 1912. It later ended up in Saint George's Presbyterian Church in Courtenay. In 1946 it was donated to the United Church in Cumberland.
  
• Grant Smalley carried out a restoration in 1996, and he also moved the organ within the church building. Today the church is in use by the congregation of Weird Church.
