In the previous church of Oelsburg there was an older organ, which was replaced in 1869/1870 by a new instrument, built by Gottfried Richter. The new organ had six stops on the manual and an independent pedal with a Subbaß. It was examined on June 21, 1870. In the years 1898-1900 a new church was built. It was also decided to have a new organ built. Richter's instrument has been demolished.
