- The organ of Saint-Pierre in Luxeuil-les-Bains was built in 1617 by an unknown organ builder from Flanders. In 1695 the organ was expanded by Philippe, Antoine and Joseph Picard. In the course of the nineteenth century, many changes were made to the organ by various organ builders from the Callinet family.
- In the years 1976-1980 the organ was reconstructed to the condition of 1695 by Jean Deloye (mechanics) and Philippe Hartmann (voicing). In 2020 the organ was restored by Jean Deloye and Michel Formentelli. It was returned to service on 4 October 2020. Jean-Charles Ablitzer played the inauguration concert.
