Visser-Rowland built a small two-manual organ with nine registers for Saint Cecilia Roman Catholic Church in Houston in 1979. After the old Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart was closed, the Pilcher organ from this church became available. It was transferred to Saint Cecilia by Father Francis Macatangay. It is not known whether the Visser-Rowland organ also remained in the church.
