In 1959 the Stahlhuth company installed a new organ in the Sankt Michaelkirche in Aachen. The organ was supposed to have three manuals, but the back positive was never installed. The console has three manuals. The church building has been in use for many years by a Greek Orthodox congregation called Hagios Dimitrios.
