The prospect of the organ of the Andreaskirche in Kirchheim an der Weinstraße dates from the first organ in this church, which was built in 1750 by Johann Michael Hartung. In 1896 the Walcker company built a new organ with 19 stops and pneumatic cone chests (opus 754) in the old organ case. In 1954 the stoplist of this organ was modified by Walcker. The organ served until 1992. The company Mönch Orgelbau built a new organ in the historic case in 1992-1993. On June 27, 1993 this instrument was inaugurated.
