The church in Schnarrtanne was built in 1926. In 1936 they bought an organ from Georg Meißner. It is an old instrument, which was built in the late nineteenth century by Adolf Reubke. It has a simple Gothic revival case. Meißner converted the organ into pneumatic action with cone chests. New prospect pipes were installed, supplied by Eduard Beyer from Magdeburg. The organ was revised in 1999 by Thomas Wolf.
