- The organ in Munsala Kyrka was built in 1736-1738 by Eric German for the old church of Kokkola (Karleby). The organ is the oldest surviving in Finland. German partly used material from the church's old organ from 1696, which had been dismantled in 1714. The disposition was modified in 1748 by Olof Hedlund and in 1838 by Johan Råman. In connection with the construction of a new church in Kokkola, the old building was demolished in 1873. The organ was dismantled and put in storage.
- In 1877, after a renovation, Petter Lybeck placed the organ in the new church, but it was soon decided to replace it. In 1879 it was created by J.W. Hanelius transferred to Munsala Kyrka. In 1976, the Kangasala company carried out a restoration. The situation from 1738 was reconstructed.
