- In 1967 a new parish church was built in Tann. The old church had an organ by Theodor Kuhn from 1915, which was demolished in 1965. A three-manual organ was installed in the new church in 1972 by Späth Orgelbau. It was dedicated on March 12, 1972.
- The organ was overhauled by Wälti Orgelbau in 2013. The Schwellwerk was expanded with an Unda Maris and the Fagott 16' of the pedal was renewed. An acoustic Bourdon 32' was also realized on the pedal.
