De Oud-Katholieke Kathedraal in Goulburn is gebouwd in de jaren 1872-1890. De Britse orgelmaker William Hill leverde het orgel, dat in 1890 werd ingespeeld door William Thomas Best. In 1910 werd de Posaune van Great door John B. Holroyd voorzien van hoeden. Het orgel is in 1980 gerestaureerd door Peter Jewkes in samenwerking met John Parker.
