  • The organ in the chapel of Saint Catherine's College was built under the advice of Peter le Huray. The organ design is inspired by the 1862 Bishop, Starr & Richardson organ of the Uniterian Chapel on Portland Street in London. This instrument was later transferred to Saint James' Church in Watford Fields. Some of the Great Organ's pipework was taken from this instrument.
  • The organ case - a work by Thomas Garner from 1894 - has been taken over from the chapel's previous organ, built in 1894/1895 by Norman & Beard. This organ was converted in 1936 by Harrison & Harrison. This instrument's interior was used by E.J. Johnson used to build an organ at Upper Saint Leonard's. The new organ has been inaugurated with a series of concerts. On February 19, 1979, Peter le Huray gave a concert, on February 26 Christopher Dearnley, on March 4 Peter Hurford and on March 11 Gillian Weir.
  • In 2002 Flentrop carried out a restoration. The pipes were re-voiced and the wind pressure was lowered. The wind pressure of the pedal organ was raised.
