  • In 1952 the Kauffmann firm placed an organ in the choir of St. Stephen's Cathedral. The organ had electropneumatic action. The wind chests were cone chests, with all pedal registers derived from manual registers. Eight years later, the main organ on the west side was completed.
  • In 1991 a new large organ was placed in the choir by the company Rieger. Kauffmann's old organ has been demolished.
