In the Hervormde Kerk (Dutch Reformed Church) in Hedel, N.A. van Dam installed a pipe organ in 1909. This instrument was lost in 1944 due to war violence, in which the church was almost largely destroyed. When a new church was built, the firm De Koff delivered a new organ in 1947, possibly using materials from the old organ that were still usable. This organ was replaced in 1981 by a new instrument from Vierdag. However, De Koff's organ is still present in the church, but can no longer be used because of the lack of the motor.
