- In 1932, Bernard J. Hasselaar installed an organ in the chapel of the newly built Institute for the Blind on the Amersfoortseweg in Bussum. The organ was built with materials from the Laukhuff company. The institute was officially opened on September 9, 1932, in the presence of the royal family. The organ was also put into use on this day. On this occasion it was played by Frans Hasselaar, the builder's eldest brother.
- The instrument was transferred in 1958 by Fonteijn & Gaal to the church building of the Gereformeerde Gemeente on the Looiersgracht in Amsterdam. They electrified the mechanism and added an Octaaf 2' to the Hoofdwerk instead of the Bourdon 16'.
- The building is no longer in use as a church building, but is used as an mission church under the name Bible Center 'Bij Simon de Looier'.
