- In 1903, the Wilhelm Sauer company built an organ for the Reformed Church in Oostkapelle. It is opus 893 by Sauer. The instrument was inaugurated on Sunday, May 31st, 1903. During the service, the organ was played by Johan Cleuver, organist in Middelburg.
- In 1974 it was restored by Pels & Van Leeuwen. At the beginning of 2023, a new restoration has been carried out by Pels & Van Leeuwen. Consultant was Aart Bergwerff.
