- A pipe organ was installed in the village church of Twisk in 1891 by Friedrich Wilhelm Leichel. The instrument has two manuals and pedal with sixteen stops. In 1980, a restoration was carried out by Flentrop.
- After the church was closed for services, the premises were sold in 2017. The church was partially refurbished and is in use for several cultural activities. The organ is still present and in use when necessary.
